Firstbeat Analytics Oy is a provider of physiological analytics and metrics for consumer devices that transforms heartbeat data from these devices into meaningful information to enhance performance and wellbeing. Firstbeat also provides advanced analytics and metrics in the areas of stress, sleep, VO2 max, training status/load, training effect, respiration rate, calories burned, and much more.
Garmin has been using Firstbeat’s innovative analytics across their products for more than a decade. The analyzed data allows users to make better, more informed decisions about training and recovery, and create training programs based on a holistic view of an athlete’s day.
