Accenture has launched Accenture Cloud First to help clients across all industries rapidly accelerate their digital transformation and become “cloud first” businesses. With the $3 billion investment, Accenture will provide its customers with cloud-focused upskilling over the next three years.
The launch is timed well to meet the demand for cloud-based services during the pandemic when there is a decline in the use of physical offices and customer-facing stores.
Accenture is recognized as a leading partner to the world’s major cloud providers with its leadership spanning from Software as a Service — delivered through the company’s Intelligent Platform Services — to its migration, infrastructure, and application cloud services.
The $3 billion investment will be used to continue advancing:
Industry roadmaps, data models, and solutions
Cloud AI data
Integrated full-stack infrastructure
Cloud tools, assets, and automation to drive lower unit cost and innovation
Research and development in edge computing and related cloud technologies
