Everstone Capital and Goldman Sachs Alternatives have sold their controlling stakes in Omega Healthcare Management Services to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan for $1.8 billion. Everstone, which had a 19 percent stake in Omega Healthcare, sold 9 percent and retained 10 percent. Goldman Sachs, which held a 60 percent stake, sold 40 percent and retained 20 percent.
