1. KONE to Acquire TK Elevator in a €29.4 Billion Deal

Finnish elevator and escalator company KONE has agreed to acquire German rival TK Elevator in a transaction valuing TKE at €29.4 billion. The transaction includes cash, newly issued KONE shares and the refinancing of TKE’s existing debt. KONE said the combination would bring together two major players in the global elevator and escalator industry, with TKE contributing significant scale, service operations and global reach.

The acquisition would help expand KONE’s global footprint and strengthen its position in installation, maintenance and modernization services. 

2. Shell to Acquire ARC Resources in a $16.4 Billion Energy Deal

Shell will acquire Canada-based ARC Resources, an energy company focused on the Montney shale basin in British Columbia and Alberta. The deal has an enterprise value of approximately $16.4 billion, including $13.6 billion in equity value and approximately $2.8 billion in net debt and leases. ARC shareholders will receive a mix of cash and Shell shares.

The acquisition will strengthens Shell’s Canadian resource base and adds significant production from the Montney basin.

3. Sun Pharma to Acquire Organon for $11.75 Billion

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Organon in an all-cash transaction valued at an enterprise value of $11.75 billion. Organon brings a global women’s health portfolio, established brands, general medicines and biosimilars across more than 140 countries. The acquisition will help Sun Pharma a much larger global platform and strengthens its presence in women’s health, established brands and biosimilars. Organon’s portfolio and international.

4. Eli Lilly to Acquire Ajax Therapeutics for Up to $2.3 Billion

Eli Lilly has agreed to acquire Ajax Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation JAK inhibitors for patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms. Ajax shareholders could receive up to $2.3 billion. The acquisition will strengthens Lilly’s oncology pipeline by adding Ajax’s highly selective Type II JAK2 inhibitor candidate, AJ1-11095. Ajax is focused on developing therapies for myeloproliferative neoplasms, including myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera. For Lilly, the deal provides access to a targeted blood cancer program with potential to address unmet needs in patients with MPNs.

5. Apollo Funds to Acquire Forvia’s Automotive Interiors Business for €1.82 Billion ($2.1 Billion)

Apollo Funds has agreed to acquire Forvia’s automotive interiors business for €1.82 billion, or approximately $2.1 billion. The unit supplies instrument panels, door panels and center console systems to automakers. It generated €4.82 billion in sales in 2025, representing nearly 18% of Forvia’s total revenue. For Apollo, the acquisition creates an opportunity to own a large automotive interiors platform with global operations, manufacturing capabilities and R&D assets.
