We own and operate a proprietary AI-powered business signal intelligence platform for enterprises to discover and deliver insights from external unstructured data sources . (“Services”).

What Information do We Collect?
We only collect information from you that is necessary for us to provide the relevant product or service, business communication consistent with the nature of such product, service, business relationship and/or communication. Information that you provide voluntarily:
We collect some information directly from you (for example, via forms you submit or Services you access, download, or otherwise obtain, register for an event, or request for a demo or any online materials). The personal information is generally limited to:

When using our Websites or interacting with our online advertisements or marketing emails (collectively with our Websites, the “Online Properties”), we automatically collect certain information from your device. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights, you need to verify your identity (e.g., your name, address, email address, or other information required). If you are a California resident, please refer to California Act below for more detailed information on your rights under California law.
We use all efforts to respond to any legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month, considering the complexity and number of requests we receive. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be collected, transferred to, and processed in, countries are other than the country in which you are resident, including the United States and other countries. These countries may have their own data protection laws that are different and may not provide for the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.
