What These Funding Rounds Tell Us About AI and Physical AI That Continue to Attract Major Funding
The five funding rounds highlight several areas where investors are deploying significant capital in 2026.

- Physical AI and autonomous systems are emerging as another major investment category.
- Applying AI agents to established business functions such as marketing, customer service, ordering, and technology management.
Together, the five companies have attracted more than $1.1 billion in new or recently reported financing, illustrating how investors are increasingly backing AI systems that can move beyond generating information to performing work, operating machines, running business processes, and interacting with the physical world.
